CREDO’s goal of providing solid, research-driven information to education policymakers is supported by our approach to ascertaining the facts and leading the discussion. We are independent, unbiased, and scientifically based in our exploration of what works and what doesn’t work to improve America’s educational outcomes. We are up-to-date in our research, with more than two decades of experience to draw on.

We are unaffiliated with any of the ideological sides in the education debate. Rather, we strive to provide the data and the analyses that provide a strong platform for the necessary debates at the school, district, state, and national levels. Our empirical evidence creates an open-minded environment for debate, shorn of political and personal influences. Our expertise, which has been applied to many schools, districts and states as well as the national education picture, includes research & analysis and strategic planning & performance management.
