Payton Richardson, Research Analyst
Payton is a Research Analyst at CREDO. He works to gather, process and analyze quantitative data relating to student level academic outcomes. Prior to working in education policy, he worked in the private sector managing relational databases and data teams. Payton earned his Masters of Public Policy (MPP) at Vanderbilt University's Peabody School of Education where he worked on education policy advocacy, and teacher training in Tennessee's charter and public school sectors in Memphis and Nashville.
